Job Title:

Client Servicing Executive – Video Production

Location: Faridabad

Work Type: Full-time (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Experience: 3–6 years (preferred in video production, design studios, media, or creative agencies)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive – Video Producer who can manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of video production projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal design and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of creative video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding video projects.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for the creative and production teams.
• Oversee the entire video production lifecycle – from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, animators, and production teams to ensure quality output.
• Manage timelines, track progress, and handle client feedback effectively.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client updates.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of client servicing / account management experience in video production, design, or creative agencies.
• Strong knowledge of video production processes (shoots, editing, animation, post-production).
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
