Executive Producer

Role Overview: As an Executive Producer at Brandtech+, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and delivery of post-production and adaptation services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing senior producers globally, collaborating with partner agencies, and establishing best practice guidelines for production teams worldwide. You will focus on guiding and leading workflows, processes, and outputs to ensure high-quality results while also being responsible for financial performance and creative quality. Your success will be measured by year-over-year revenue growth, client relationship growth, production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and team performance.
