Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online inquiries, events, and referrals.
• Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our projects.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored information about our real estate projects.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present our offerings.
• Maintain a detailed database of leads and interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
• Provide regular feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine sales approaches.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Any graduates with 1-5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain it the customer.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Familiarity / working experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
• A basic understanding of the real industry is a plus.
