Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through multiple lead-generation channels, including
telecalling, email marketing campaigns, and social media outreach

Execute
high-impact cold calling strategies
to create new business opportunities and successfully schedule meetings with prospective clients.

Analyze and stay updated on
real estate market trends, industry developments, and customer requirements
to offer customized and value-driven solutions.
Collaborate closely with
internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations
to ensure smooth coordination and timely service delivery.
Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records
of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

3 years of relevant experience
in pre-sales or inside sales roles within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of
local real estate markets, pricing dynamics, and current industry trends
.
Excellent
verbal communication and interpersonal skills
, with proven ability to engage potential clients effectively through phone conversations and virtual interactions.
