Manage on-spot issues such as check-in problems, payment discrepancies, and booking cancellations efficiently
Process refunds and booking amendments in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle rate match requests received from trade partners promptly and accurately
Oversee FIT (Free Independent Traveler) hotel bookings and respond to related queries
Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to facilitate smooth travel operations
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and timely issue resolution
