Controlling the effectiveness of the material storage and retrieval process by means of effective 5S of the stores areaExpertise in working with SAP platform
Responsible for procurement process for all spares and consumables related to Plant Engineering StoresServicing the users as per the agreed SLA with respect to material procurementComplying to the APQS defined processesCompliance to month end activities like Monitoring of Open POs, Open reservation and Open PRsConducting Stock taking at every quarter end as per the written guidelinesProposing SFIs Suggestion For Improvement wherever modification brings improvement to the processSending various MIS reports to respective stake holders to ensure proper and timely communicationInteraction with counter-part at other plant location for parallel implementation of best practices initiated by them and vice-versaSelf-assessment as per Asian Paints Quality SystemTo ensure hassle free work environment inside stores by self-engagement with other officers to help each other in their day-to-day activitiesUnderstanding their concerns and help them in their concern area
