Job Description

We are urgently hiring for Sales Executive:

LOCATION: Lucknow

SALARY: 15K to 25k

EXPERIENCE : 1-2yrs

Job description

Responsible for store, Material inward and outward work, Handling issues related to material.
Responsible for physical stock verification.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control measures are in place.
Supervise and train store staff on handling customer transactions and providing excellent service.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in store management with a minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software applications.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
