Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain FIFO system for all store materials to ensure proper inventory rotation.
Maintain 5S, safety standards, and a clean, organized work environment within the Stores area.
Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for all incoming materials.
Responsible for preparation of Invoices, ASN, Challans, and other necessary documentation for dispatch activities.
Handling and generation of E-way bills as per statutory requirements.
Inspect incoming material during unloading and verify its condition.
Promptly inform the buyer team in case of any damages or discrepancies found in received material.
Issue materials accurately to Press Lines as per production requirements.
Knowledge of line feeding and maintaining timely material availability at the production line.
Monitor and maintain proper storage, stacking, and segregation of materials in the store.
Maintain stock records, daily reports, and support cycle counting and annual physical inventory.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth store operations.
Ensure proper handling of material to avoid damages and follow standard material movement procedures.
Operation knowledge of SAP / Inventory Management Systems for daily transactions.
