Controlling the effectiveness of the material storage and retrieval process by means of effective 5S of the stores areaExpertise in working with SAP platform
Responsible for procurement process for all spares and consumables related to Plant Engineering Stores Servicing the users as per the agreed SLA with respect to material procurement Complying to the APQS defined processes Compliance to month end activities like Monitoring of Open POs, Open reservation and Open PRs. Conducting Stock taking at every quarter end as per the written guidelines Proposing SFIs (Suggestion For Improvement) wherever modification brings improvement to the process Sending various MIS reports to respective stake holders to ensure proper and timely communication. Interaction with counter-part at other plant location for parallel implementation of best practices initiated by them and vice-versa. Self-assessment as per Asian Paints Quality System To ensure hassle free work environment inside stores by self-engagement with other officers to help each other in their day-to-day activities.
