Job Description

Should have good knowledge about PMSM, BLDC and Hub Motor Design, should able to prepare design standard, motor specification calculation according to vehicle level requirement Integration of Motor with controller (Vector & Trapezoidal Based), Tri Party agreement preparation and sign off with other stake holders. Issue resolution, field testing support and warranty analysis exposure of failed component, should have knowledge of 6 sigma, 4M, WHY- WHY Analysis. SOR/RFQ, DVP, Test Case HIL/MIL preparation, Inhouse and field testing, Supplier development, VPPAP Audit Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Motor Design calculation (Speed, Torque), Back emf calculation/Material selection/Magnet selection Heat Loss Calculation/Hysteresis/Winding knowledge (Size/core/Material properties). Knowledge about Motor designing (PMSM/IPM/SPM/BLDC/Servo). Expertise in Sensor like Hall effect/Temperature sensor. Integration expert/Testing & Analysis of warranty issue. Qualifications BE/B Tech EE, EEE,EIC
