Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven dealer development professional for our 2-Wheeler Electric Vehicle (EV) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing dealers, expanding our dealer network, and ensuring seamless dealer operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in developing and nurturing dealer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the network. Roles & Responsibilities: Dealer Scouting & Onboarding Identify potential markets for network expansion and scout prospective dealers. Conduct due diligence and evaluate dealer credentials before onboarding. Manage the end-to-end dealer appointment process, including contract finalization and compliance checks. Network Expansion & Business Growth Develop and implement strategies for expanding the dealer network in targeted regions. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new dealer additions and business generation. Support dealers in achieving sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets. Dealer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer-related queries and issues. Build strong relationships with dealers to enhance engagement, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Provide regular performance reviews and feedback to improve dealer operations. Training & Development Organize regular training sessions for dealers and their staff on product knowledge, processes, and customer handling. Ensure dealers adhere to brand guidelines and operational standards. Business Performance Monitoring Monitor dealer performance against key KPIs, including sales, inventory management, service quality, and profitability. Prepare and share regular reports with senior management on network expansion and dealer performance. Marketing & Promotions Support Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure effective implementation of schemes and offers at the dealer level. Experience: Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in dealer development, network expansion, or sales, preferably in the automobile or EV sector.
