About HRATN

HRATN is a not-for-profit association formed to serve the HR community across Tamil Nadu. Our vision is to empower HR professionals, advocate for workplace well-being, and drive impactful initiatives that benefit industry, institutions, and society.

Executive Members

Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive Member, you will:

• Support the Function Head in executing plans and projects under your department (e.g., Events, CSR, College Relations, Women Empowerment, L&D, etc.)
• Participate in virtual/physical meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Assist in organising HRATN events, webinars, or outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with other EC/EM members and stakeholders
• Promote HRATN’s mission within your network
• Take ownership of assigned micro-projects or tasks

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be an HR professional (from any domain: IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience preferred
• Open to HRs from any level: executives to leadership roles
• Passionate about community service and HR development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
