To manage and maintain accurate employee master data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (Employee Central). The role involves handling employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring data integrity, supporting HR operations, and generating reports for compliance and decision-making.
Maintain and update employee master data in SAP & SuccessFactors.
Execute HR lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies.
Provide first-level support for SAP/SuccessFactors issues and reporting.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.
24 years’ experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors (Employee Central mandatory).
Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
