Job Description

Job Description-

- Kitting and material given to production as per plan.
- Kit Balancing material available on floor.
- Check shortages as per next shift plan.
- Model Changeover (yield monitoring) & stock of that model should be zero in WIP.
- Analysis of daily down time, taking CAPA as & when required.
- Kaizens for improve in process and cost saving.
- Process & Vendor Booking in System as per defined timeline and Scrap movement form floor.
- Shift wise RECO of material.
- SFG/FG Confirmation errors (Solution & Control).
- Return Kit (movement to store, scrap booking, stock build, TAT monitoring).
- Manpower handling and training as per requirement.
- Sap vs Physical Posting check.
- 5S in Material Control room.
- FG movement to store as per TAT.
- Recycle Bin and pouch to store.
-Daily MIS (Production, Scrap, Droppage & Consumable, etc.)
- Reel splitting based on feeder
-Issuance Material for repair
- Accept the reballing ok & issue Material for reballing
- Solder paste & glue management
-Dry cabinet management.
Banking of MSL Material.

Kind of role and business the candidate has dealt with :- PPC, Inventory and Material Management

IT Skill :- SAP MM module / MS excel.
