Job Description

JD for Accounts executive Profile –

Experience required more than 6-7 years and qualification CA-Inter/M Com/MBA (Preferable - CA Inter).

Maintaining proper day to day accounting with proper filing & documentation, the person would be responsible for proper book keeping
Assisting in month end closing & reporting, passing all the entries required for month end closing.
Doing vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation and bank reconciliation on routine basis
Actively taking part in development and implementation of new automation initiatives in coordination with SAP team
Other activities as and when required for proper functioning of plant finance department and coordinating with the stakeholders as and when required.
Capitalization of the fixed assets from WBS in SAP with the proper calculation of cost of fixed assets cost.
Should be well versed with the cost center accounting and able to verify compliances of TDS/GST etc while posting the documents.
Should have a brief understanding of cost records/reports of manufacturing industry.
