Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals. Utilize various sourcing channels like job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking to identify top talent. Maintain and update the ATS with candidate details, recruitment status, and reports. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies . Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Generate and analyze recruitment metrics using Excel to track hiring performance and improve efficiency. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with potential hires. Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate suitability. Handle offer negotiation and coordinate onboarding for selected candidates. Key Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit, or similar. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.). Experience with technical hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX Designers, and Product Managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to multi-task and prioritize recruitment activities effectively. Knowledge of IT terminologies and technical skill sets . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fast-paced environments like startups or IT consulting firms.
