Job Description Manager / Sr Manager – Legal (a) Drafting , legal review and negotiation of various commercial contracts, service contracts relevant to the products and services of the Company (b) Tender evaluation , review of Request for proposal (RFP), drafting and negotiation of consortium agreements, (c) Review of various guidelines , policies , manuals issued by various government authorities, relevant to government procurement. (d) Creation of contract templates for relevant to various projects / business . (e) Legal advisory services (f) Exposure to renewable energy / infrastructure projects would be an added advantage though not mandatory. Qualification and Experience Requirements Qualifications : A degree in law (LLB) . Post Graduation in law (LLM) is preferable but not mandatory. Experience : Minimum 7-13 years experience in handling legal matters , legal review and negotiation of contracts in a reputed organization as an inhouse counsel or in a law firm
