Executive - Human Resources

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. This includes overseeing recruitment processes such as resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. You will also be in charge of maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing employee benefits and compensation packages. Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and addressing employee relations issues are also key aspects of your role. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management, and managing employee separation processes are additional responsibilities you will handle. To qualify for this position, you should have an MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field and possess at least 2 years of experience in HR or a related field. Familiarity with HR-related work in a school setting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality are essential for success in this role. Being detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and working effectively in a full-time capacity are also required. This is a full-time position with benefits including provided food.
