Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To own YBL Vision, Values and Mission.
Supervising administrative associates and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Overseeing the daily administrative operations like Security and Surveillance, housekeeping, canteen, transport, courier, laundry etc.
Handle insurance plans like GMC, GPA and Vehicle Insurance
Organizing travel and accommodation for members (Domestic and International)
Overseeing monthly office supplies and place orders whenever necessary
Handle service contracts (Transport, Canteen, Housekeeping, Security, PF & ESIC consultancy etc)
Asset Management for general administration assets (equipment/Furniture) across multiple locations.
Handle Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences etc
Support in Budgeting and cost control measures, monitoring budget vis a vis actual variance.
Handle MIDC, NMMC and DISH (Factory) related matters and its compliance
Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
Liasioning and coordinating with various Departments/Functions
Knowledge of labor legislation (On-roll and contract).
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
Any other activity in the interest of YBL.
