We're seeking an experienced Executive - Hub Operations to oversee and optimize hub operations, ensuring seamless coordination between pick-up centers, dispatch centers, and distribution centers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate between pick-up centers, dispatch centers, and distribution centers 2. Oversee loading, unloading, and sorting of shipments 3. Track bag and co-loader performance 4. Monitor and audit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports 5. Prepare MIS reports (inbound, outbound, RTO, aging) 6. Manage inventory of packaging materials and night storage orders 7. Identify opportunities for cost savings 8. Maintain hub-last mile connectivity through fleet management 9. Lead a team of support staff 10. Ensure process adherence to minimize losses
