Executive- HRBP

The Sales BHR role involves assisting the Sales BHR Lead in managing HR deliverables for the Sales function across regions. You will act as a key support in both day-to-day and strategic activities. Your responsibilities will include supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the frontline sales team, which encompasses recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking and maintaining MIS, publishing reports, addressing and resolving basic employee queries, and ensuring documentation compliance. Field visits may be required to provide on-ground HR interventions and pulse checks. In terms of Cross-Functional HR Projects, you will be involved in assisting with HR process audits, data reporting, and the implementation of new policies. Your contribution to strategic HR interventions such as leadership development, culture programs, or HRMS optimization will be essential.
