We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Executive - Human Resources with 1–2 years of experience to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and daily HR processes. The role requires strong coordination skills and a people-first approach.
● Manage employee records, attendance, and HRMS updates.
● Handle HR documentation, onboarding formalities, and exit processes.
● Support payroll processing and leave management.
● Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.
● Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
● Address employee queries and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
○ Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
○ 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
○ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
○ Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
○ Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
