Role Overview:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, attendance, and HRMS updates.
  • Handle HR documentation, onboarding formalities, and exit processes.
  • Support payroll processing and leave management.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Address employee queries and help maintain a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 12 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
