Job Description

Professional Competence

  • Support HR MIS and HR Managers with operational needs

  • Shows strong planning and organizational skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and priorities
  • Proactively manages workload and follows through on commitments with minimal supervision

Core HR ops related expectations

  • Coordination with vendor and internal teams to manage payroll (e.g., Recruitment, ADP, finance, employee, etc.)
  • Responding to employee queries clearly and respectfully
  • Effective handling of internal / external quality audits.
  • Closing all Probation and completing confirmation process in due time.
  • To provide the data on addition and deletion of employees, payment, and claim settlements as per all applicable employees related insurance policies (GTL, GPA & GMC)
  • To coordinate the complete process of full and final settlement of exit employees.
  • Handling first level grievances and meeting team members
  • Preparation and updating HR SOPs as per the timelines.
  • Monthly/Quarterly employee engagement activities initiative and coordination.

Employee Retention

• Develop a master of each team member related to personal and professional aspirations to ensure their engagement is aligned for long term retention.

• Monthly Attrition analysis with a way forward to curb the same.

• Ensure exit interviews are conducted for each employee.

• Maintain dashboard of hiring and exits with clear reason.

Recruitment

• To review and track all documents of employees received and stored.

On Boarding & Induction

• Ensure appropriate induction of new Employee is done as per the timelines.

• Coordinate induction formalities of new joiner within one week of their joining date.

Qualification & Criteria:

• Full Time MBA Degree from Tier 2// B School.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Quick Learner

• Ready to take challenges.
