Executive - HR (Generalist)

• Design and Manufacture precision press tools, repair & maintenance, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges as per engineering specifications and requirements.

• Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and blueprints to develop and machine components with right tolerances. Should be conversant with Fits and Tolerances, GD&T.

• Hands-on experience in handling all Tool room machinery like lathe, drilling, milling and grinding machines.

• Exposure to give the .dxf files for WEDM/EDM /CNC milling/ Heat treatment process /Material knowledge is a must.

• Knowledge of standard elements and press tool related calculations, surface finish, and metrology for inspection are desired.

• To conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions on tool-related issues affecting production.

• Should be a good team player to collaborate with design and production teams to improve tooling designs and performance.

• Maintain documentation of tool designs, repairs, modifications, and inventory.

• Follow safety procedures, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Tool & Die Making (NTTF/GTTC/TRTC) or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a precision tool room environment.

• Strong knowledge of tool-making principles, materials, machining, and heat treatment.

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam) is preferred.

• Should be able to plan for CAPEX & OPEX annually and maintain records

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and manual dexterity skills.

• Should be a good leader to train the team and guide them to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
