Academic Background : MBA HR/ MLW/PG Diploma in HR Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability) Monitoring and management of contract worker headcount & compliances on daily basis. Contract worker documents verification and process as per company policy for gate pass approval on daily basis. Maintenance of CLMS software Extend support to all stakeholders in CLMS software Verification and maintenance (soft & hard copy) of contractor compliances and processing of vendor/contractor invoices on a regular basis Connect with shop floor to establish a good connect with contract workers and provide support in the handling of contract worker grievances Facilitate and coordinate contract worker engagement activity Support in internal/ external CLRA monthly compliance audit • Facilitate the contractors in the maintenance of the statutory compliances Dashboard and MIS Required Statutory Compliances, Contract Labour management
