Executive HR Business Partner

As a Human Resources professional in Lucknow, your role will involve managing the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees. You will be responsible for identifying process gaps to improve and optimize processes, supporting in data collation and preparation of reports, and monitoring grievances while implementing disciplinary policies and procedures. Ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and maintaining basic HR hygiene will be crucial aspects of your job.
