Job Description

  • Greet guests upon arrival, assist with efficient entry.
  • Address guest questions and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities, and promote the establishments offerings.
  • Anticipate guest needs, build rapport, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded throughout their stay.
  • Oversee the needs of VIP guests, including special arrangements and personalized service from arrival to departure.
