The Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for Cushman & Wakefield. This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the companys current and future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Job Description About the Role: Partner with Business Leaders to understand proactive staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain candidate pipelines, and generate reports on recruitment metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and new recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria. About You: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ Years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably from [Service industry or similar industry]. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles. Familiarity with Workday (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
