Job Description

Role Overview

Executive Design Engineers


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop

    automotive powertrain systems and associated components

    with focus on

    engine castings

    .
  • Create

    3D CAD models

    and

    2D manufacturing drawings

    using

    PTC Creo Parametric

    .
  • Conduct design reviews and provide engineering documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Simulation, Testing, Suppliers, Sourcing, Manufacturing) to support design activities.
  • Resolve design constraints and establish

    structural, electrical, and thermal interfaces

    .
  • Provide inputs for

    BOM activities

    and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Drive

    DFMEA activities

    and conduct

    tolerance stack-up analysis

    .
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant

    industry standards and regulatory requirements

    .
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to integrate powertrain systems into overall vehicle architecture.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Mechanical / Automotive Engineering

    .

  • Minimum 4 years

    of experience in

    mechanical design & development of automotive powertrain components

    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in

    PTC Creo Parametric

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in

    engine casting design

    .
  • Excellent

    problem-solving skills

    ,

    attention to detail

    , and

    design validation expertise

    .
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in English – spoken & written).
