Job Description: As a Customer Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer queries, requests, and complaints to provide timely and appropriate solutions. You will need to identify the root causes of complaints and implement long-term fixes while ensuring 100% compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintaining 100% service level assurance (SLA) adherence for customer complaint resolution and processing refunds efficiently will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure high-quality customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns, meet daily targets for complaint resolution, and drive customer satisfaction. Developing strategies to reduce complaints and improve processes will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
