Job Title: CRM Manager / CRM Executive (adjust based on level) Location: Pune India : Marketing / Sales / Customer SuccessReports to: [Head of Marketing / Sales Director / VP of 2- 3 years experience] Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented CRM professional to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, developing engagement strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and drive growth.Manage the end-to-end CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).Segment customer data and create targeted campaigns to improve personalization.Analyze CRM metrics and generate reports to measure campaign performance and customer lifecycle value.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Automate customer communications, workflows, and lead nurturing processes.Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and implement improvements.---Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.[2-5+] years of experience in a CRM-focused role.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of email marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
