Job Description

CRM Executive should Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs, tracking and reporting customer feedback, and maintaining accurate customer databases and interaction records.
