Job Description

The CRM Executive will be responsible -

  • Managing and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Resolving complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records.
  • Supporting customers through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • To improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Continuous follow up for sales recovery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
