Position Summary

The CRM Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries related to IVD products, providing technical assistance remotely, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate should have a medical background and strong communication skills to offer excellent customer service.

Education & Qualifications

Medical background required (DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Life Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology or related field).

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil (mandatory).

Key Skills Required

• Good system knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
• Customer handling via phone calls and remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Timely response and follow-up on customer issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team coordination and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to IVD instruments and diagnostics.
• Provide remote support through AnyDesk or similar platforms.
• Record, track, and close customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and prompt communication.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and service reports.
• Follow company guidelines and service standards.

Experience

Freshers or candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in CRM / customer support / IVD sector are welcome.
