Job Title: Draftsman Location: [Pune Manarashtra] Job Type: [Full-Time To: [Project Manager/Lead Engineer/Architect Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to create technical drawings and plans used in construction and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD software, a strong understanding of technical design principles, and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering specifications accurately. Responsibilities : Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and specifications. Revise drawings based on feedback and updates from engineers or architects. Maintain and organize project drawing files and documents .Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy. Conduct site visits when required to collect data or measurements. Ensure compliance with industry and company standards in all drawings. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material estimates. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.). Strong attention to detail and precision. Good understanding of construction and design principles. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong organizational and communication skills. Minimum [X] years of experience in a similar role.---Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Experience in [specific industry, e.g., MEP, civil, structural, etc.].Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).Familiarity with local building codes and standards.---Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
