Role Overview: You are currently looking for a Draftsman to join the team at CIT Nagar with 1-2 years of experience. As a Draftsman, your main responsibilities will include analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites. You will be tasked with creating technical drawings based on architects" sketches and specifications using CAD software. These drawings will need to incorporate precise measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details. Additionally, you will be responsible for printing CAD drawing schematics for various stakeholders such as architects, construction managers, and engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze building specifications, codes, and sites - Create technical drawings based on architects" sketches and specifications using CAD software - Incorporate precise measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details into the drawings - Print CAD drawing schematics for architects, construction managers, and engineers - Input CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to develop 3-D models and renderings - Prepare drawings, charts, and records using CAD equipment and traditional drafting techniques - Visit construction sites to take measurements and calculate dimensions as necessary - Collaborate with architects and construction engineers to ensure compliance with building specifications and industry regulations Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience as a Draftsman - Strong technical skills - Knowledge of CAD software - Keen eye for detail - Passion for architectural design Additional Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
