Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented BMS Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate

will have experience in creating precise 2D drawings and be proficient in 3D design. This role

involves collaborating with engineers and project managers to develop accurate and high-quality

drawings that support the design and implementation of our BMS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 2D drawings for BMS projects, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout

plans.

- Develop 3D models and designs to support project visualization and planning.

- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure accurate and

efficient design outputs.

- Review and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and other project documentation.

- Ensure all drawings and designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

- Maintain and update drawing databases and project files.

- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

- Perform site visits to gather information and verify drawing accuracy when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a draftsman in building management systems or a related industry.

- Proficiency in 2D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and 3D design tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks).

- Understanding of BMSHVAC principles, components, and systems is an added advantage.

- Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and standards.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to BMSHVAC design and installation.
