JOB DESCRIPTION
· Installation the BMS Application and configure the entire BMS Network including Servers, Workstations, Controllers, IO Modules etc.
· Development of Control Programs and development of graphics design for Building Automation projects
· Installation & Configuration of the Network Switches & Routers at DDC level
· Create and maintain BMS documentation including IO List, Panel Drawings, Functional design (FDS) and Software Test Documents (SAT, FAT etc)
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software/hardware issues on installed Building Automation Systems
· Diagnose communication problems with control devices and other components.
· Perform software preventative maintenance on installed Building Automation and Energy Management Systems.
· Develop and enforce software standards and processes.
· Conform to project site safety and housekeeping requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree/master’s degree in engineering.
· Good understanding of HVAC, Building Automation, Power & Energy Management etc
· Proficient in Schneider Electric EBO Metasys (Johnson Controls) BMS Application.
· Well versed in protocols like BACnet, MODBUS etc.
· Excellent communication skills
· Good understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and symbols
· Proficient in software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
· Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
