Job Description

Location: Headoffice Job Type: [Part-time Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) Coordinator to lead, schedule, and manage D&D campaigns and events for our community. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a passion for tabletop role-playing games, and the ability to manage both players and logistics effectively. Key Responsibilities: Organize, schedule, and facilitate regular D&D sessions and events .Act as Dungeon Master (DM) or support DMs with campaign prep and tools .Curate and manage campaign content and settings in alignment with group/player interests .Coordinate with players regarding availability, character development, and session planning. Maintain and manage player rosters, campaign notes, and session summaries. Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all players. Manage digital tools and platforms (e.g., Roll20, Discord, D&D Beyond).Provide feedback and guidance to new players and Dungeon Masters. Ensure sessions align with group safety tools (e.g., X-card, session zero agreements).Promote upcoming campaigns or one-shots through community channels. Qualifications: Strong knowledge and experience with D&D 5e (other editions a plus).Proven experience as a DM or TTRPG facilitator. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience using digital platforms for virtual tabletop gaming. Passionate about storytelling, world-building, and collaborative gameplay. Ability to manage conflicts or sensitive in-game scenarios thoughtfully. Creative problem-solver with attention to detail. Preferred :Experience in community moderation or event planning. Familiarity with other TTRPG systems (e.g., Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu).Content creation skills (e.g., map making, writing, streaming).---Compensation:[Include details if applicable: hourly rate, stipends, volunteer credits, etc.]---How to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief statement of your D&D experience, including any campaigns you’ve run or participated in.
