Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events related to TiE Vadodara’s five pillars: Mentoring, Networking, Education, Funding, and Incubation.- Support the Chapter Manager, Executive Director, and committees in implementing the organization’s mission and activities.- Help coordinate communication and engagement with entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, and other stakeholders.- Manage basic administrative tasks, including email correspondence, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.- Assist in fundraising, sponsorship coordination, and budgeting efforts under the guidance of senior team members.- Maintain records and databases related to membership, partnerships, and event logistics.- Collaborate with other TiE chapters to share best practices and coordinate joint initiatives.- Support social media and outreach activities to promote TiE Vadodara’s programs and initiatives.- Represent TiE Vadodara at events, assisting in branding and networking efforts.
