Key Responsibilities

Analyze contract including contractual risks and opportunities
Act as interface between Legal team and the Project Management Team
During Execution Period: contract management, monitor the project from contractual point of view, Client correspondence on contractual matters
Claim management during contract execution period
Prepare subcontractor and supplier terms & conditions based on Client contract
Monitor project (correspondence, performance, deviations, milestones etc.), participate in and organize relevant meetings and workshops
Assist in Project Risk analysis and support in Risk Management process
Ensuring timely control of all financial instruments e.g. BG, LC (Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit)
Billing schedule and accounts reconciliation
Follow up of Receivables and Payables
Invoicing, Cash Flow and Commitment Curve monitoring
Participate in Project Review Meetings (PRMs) and task force meetings

Skill Sets & Personality

Good experience in commercial aspects of project
Thorough understanding of contractual terms and conditions
Good Knowledge of Taxes (Direct Indirect)
Interpersonal skills for obtaining required information from all stakeholders
Team player for obtaining a clear understanding of situation at hand and forming the way ahead
Coordination skills for timely completion of activities
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
SAP-S4 HANA Knowledge, good command on Microsoft excel, PPT,
