Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Category Management - Merchandising. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on exposure to luxury retail operations, assortment planning, vendor coordination, and merchandising execution. The role offers a strong learning platform and opportunities to grow into future leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the category team in assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product information, samples,
and documentation.
Work closely with business managers, marketing, finance, and store teams
to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans.
Help track and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and category
performance.
Support product lifecycle activities including new product launches and
visual merchandising.
Participate in cross-functional projects and gain exposure to luxury retail
operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in luxury retail, fashion, and merchandising. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related fields.
0-1 years of work experience (internships/projects in retail, merchandising,
or fashion are a plus).
