? Conduct initial outreach to prospects, explain offerings, and understand their requirements.
? Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions for the sales team.
? Maintain strong follow-up communication to nurture leads until conversion.
? Participate in client calls when required to support the sales cycle.
? Coordinate with TLs & Operations teams for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
? 06 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or inside sales.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
? Ability to research, analyse data, and identify opportunities.
? Proactive attitude with strong follow-up discipline.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
? Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
