You will be responsible for organizing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings. Making travel arrangements and producing reports, presentations, and briefs will also be part of your role. You should have a good knowledge of office management systems and strong follow-up skills. Accurately recording minutes of meetings and coordinating with internal and external teams are essential tasks. You will need strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to excel in this position.
