Corporate Office | Full-Time

Reporting to : Managing Director

PrimeMeridian Travel Co., a leading name in bespoke travel solutions, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Management. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresher to begin a professional career in a fast-paced, corporate travel environment with ample room for growth.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team, ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and effective communication within and outside the organization. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and eager to learn in a corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules with precision.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, ticketing, hotel arrangements, and logistical requirements.
  • Draft and manage professional emails, letters, internal memos, and corporate communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information and documents.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and business briefs when required.
  • Handle client calls, vendor coordination, and follow-up tasks on behalf of the management.
  • Assist in operational tasks related to travel planning, vendor management, and documentation.
  • Support office administrative activities to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the executive office and internal departments.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or any relevant field.
  • BBA Tourism, MBA Tourism, MTA is prefrerrable.
  • Freshers are welcome; training and induction will be provided.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
