About Us

We are a growing physiotherapy clinic committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm and professional environment. As the clinic expands, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the clinic founder, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth workflow across the team.

Job Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the clinic owner.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and professional engagements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, presentations, and project tracking.

Clinic Operations:

  • Oversee daily front-office and back-office functions.
  • Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and inquiries.
  • Supervise clinic support staff and coordinate their tasks.
  • Maintain clinic supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, documentation, and health regulations.

Administrative & Financial Support:

  • Handle billing coordination, basic bookkeeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with payroll processing and staff attendance tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain operational records and data for decision-making.
  • Support marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and outreach campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in healthcare administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with clinic management software is an asset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time (Monday – Saturday, fulltime )

PRAJ-The Rehab Sphere, Near Ruia College, Dadar east.
