. You will manage the office-side execution of projects, property operations, bookkeeping coordination, utilities, inspections, scheduling, and all documentation flow. Your work ensures that projects move, bills get processed, systems stay updated, and nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a full-time role requiring high reliability, excellent English communication, strong organizational ability, and disciplined follow-through. You will work directly with the owner and coordinate with bookkeepers, vendors, inspectors, utility and government offices, title companies, and lenders.
