Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as the first point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • AI-powered productivity:
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, MidJourney) for drafting emails, preparing reports, or summarizing documents.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using AI-powered workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
  • Conduct AI-assisted research on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Create executive summaries of meetings, reports, and presentations with the help of AI.
  • Data & reporting:
  • Use AI/ML tools to analyze business data and generate actionable insights.
  • Create visually engaging dashboards and presentations.
  • Track KPIs and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Project & Workflow Management
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Set reminders and follow-ups using AI scheduling and task management tools.
  • Optimize workflows by identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
