Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to CXO-level executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist in organizing board meetings, reviews, and senior-level engagements.
  • Track and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Support in event coordination and special projects as required.


Requirements:


  • Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce).
  • Schooling, preferably convent educated,
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary/Administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
